If you would like to exercise your access rights in relation to personal data that Amazon processes as a data controller when you visited third party stores that use Just Walk Out technology in the AU by Amazon (Just Walk Out Store), please send an Email to requestdatajwo@amazon.com.au and provide the following details. We will use this information to identify the correct records for you.
- Last 4 Digits on the Credit Card OR Last 4 Digits of Mobile Wallet DPAN you used for your most recent trip to enter the Just Walk out store
- Most Recent Shopping Trip Date in yyyy-mm-dd format (E.g. 2022-12-31)
- Shopping Trip Total Amount (including two decimal digits, e.g. 10.50)
- Currency at the Store (E.g. AUD, etc.)
- Card Type (E.g. Master Card, VISA, etc.)
A Just Walk Out technology Customer Service representative will respond to you as soon as possible.
